Production begins after the pre-order window closes.
Estimated shipping timeframe is 4–6 weeks after pre-orders end.

Once production is complete, orders are packed and shipped in the order they were placed.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
International Shipping

Delays
Production and shipping timelines are estimates. Delays caused by production, shipping carriers, or customs do not qualify for refunds as long as the order is fulfilled.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
